The tools and resources developed by My LifeSite are accessible either as-needed or on a subscription basis. Annual subscribers include retirement communities, financial advisors, consultants, and other professionals who have unlimited access to the LifeSite Retirement Community Database and DecisionGenie, as well as all of the content available in our comprehensive resource library.

Continuing Care Retirement Communities, often referred to as “CCRCs” or “Full Service Retirement Communities,” are an increasingly popular, but often complex, retirement living choice. The type of contract offered, and the corresponding pricing model, can vary dramatically from one provider to the next. The complexity of the contract(s) tends to make it more difficult for consumers to research and compare options. We aim to break down the complexity and provide you with the important information you need.

Where do you get your information for the community profile reports available in your retirement community database?

Recognizing the need for more and better information on CCRCs, My LifeSite has been hard at work since 2011 developing our expansive database, with the vision of becoming the go-to source among consumers and the industry for comprehensive and unbiased information on CCRCs. The ultimate goal: to have the most detailed, accurate and up-to-date information possible on every CCRC in the country.

Do the retirement communities featured in your database pay My LifeSite to be listed?

No. In order to feature as many retirement communities as possible we do not charge retirement living providers to be listed. We encourage all retirement communities to provide the information we require in order to build a profile report, at no cost.

Why can’t I find the retirement community I am looking for in your database?

If you cannot find the CCRC or lifecare community that you are looking for in our database it is likely due to the fact that it is located in a state that does not oversee and/or collect information on providers in their state. In this case, we rely on the communities themselves to provide us with the information we need. If the community has not provided the necessary information then we are not able to create a profile report. We encourage all retirement communities to participate in our website, at no cost.

I represent a retirement community and would like to include a report about our community in the My LifeSite database. How can I do this and is there a charge?

There is no charge to have a community profile report included in the My LifeSite’ database. In order to be included in the My LifeSite database all we require a copy of your most recent disclosure statement, sample resident contract, and audited financials. You may send these to us either by email: ken@lifesitelogics.com or by clicking here. Once the profile report is prepared we will send it to you for review.
